Course Description

What only those of us who woke up with pain, fatigue or illness understand is the deep seeded sense of self responsible felt in how misaligned we allowed ourselves to become.

The feelings of shame, guilt and resentment are exponential and although different per individual we share this common bond.

Living in a lack mindset is extremely common and at times it feels like being buried underground and clawing, scratching your way to the surface just to get a bit of fresh air and light.

At times it feels like you are running to find the missing something within you and you don’t know what it is but you keep running anyway because you know that it is there.

All the while you don’t feel well and life seems hard and you are struggling while trying to remain present and keep up your faith, trust and hope.

I get it.

 I was in that space.

I gathered some tips and created the Ill Feeling Spiritual Persons Guide to Becoming Joy which also includes a Higher Self exercise to assist you along your path to well being.
